I just graduated from university on Dec 18 and I am already BORED. I’ve watched two full seasons of Lost, around 2,000 videos on YouTube, downloaded music I don’t even listen to and spent hours in the gym to prevent me from losing my sanity. Fun, right!? WRONG!
So I remembered the existence of this site where maybe 100 people will read (only 10 would understand) my gibberish slang lingo. For those of you wondering, I can write ‘normal’ English, I just chose not to. It’s more interesting to speak/write modern street talk and observe the gaze of bewilderment on the aging crowd. Suddenly the reality dawns in and they acknowledge the fact that maybe they have gone over the hill. (Yes those are wrinkles not ‘frown lines when you’re smiling!’)
So this post is basically, about Nothing ! Dubai Girls haven’t posted anything since Diva’s infamous Mr. I’ve got bangs that had the men barking and some actually wagging their tails.That’s completely off topic anyways! Let me go back on track…. *devious smile*
Back to writing about Nothing, do any of you read ‘AHLAN’ magazine!? ‘The gulf’s number one celebrity gossip magazine’.< Disclaimer: This is my opinion, if you disagree with it…hmm…how about you go jump off a cliff, sincerely xoxo H!po > So, yes I do buy this magazine whenever Beckham is on the front cover or whenever I’m bored waiting in a queues in Spinneys, but seriously, would it ever occur to the editors or writers to at least ‘paraphrase’ what they copy and paste from Yahoo!?!? If you’re getting the news two days later, you can at least make it your own. There is a site professor’s use in universities to investigate students’ coursework, testing if it is plagiarised or obtained from other sources. I’m sure if we pasted AHLAN’s articles into that site, we would get a match. ( AHLAN want to try that?!)Every week they have a list of Best Dressed celebrities and AHLAN picks out an Editor’s choice and Ahlan’s ‘we Love this’ choice on what or what was the best dressed. Here is where things will go nasty. I can bear with the plagiarized gossip news, I can deal with the boring ‘’exclusive’’ interviews and I can also excuse their lack of taste for the best dressed list but what really gets under my skin, is the rubbish they write about it. But yah, that’s my opinion of AHLAN, too bad if you disagree, free world, free speech. This however won’t stop me from buying it every time Beckham lands a front cover, can’t ever get enough of him 
Oh another thing that just came into my mind, ETISALAT. Why in the world do they block applications on Facebook. How is PACMAN inconsistent with the religious, cultural, political and moral values of the United Arab Emirates?? Can someone explain that to me?! Should Pinky and Blinky wear the hijab to be consistent with the religion of the UAE!?! Should Inky and Clyde wear the ‘Kandora’ and chase a camel to be consistent with the cultural!? Or should they consult the USA if they can eat Pacman for it to be consistent with the political view!? It’s all just a thought.. *smile*
I think it’s time i go back to writing about nothing…………………………oh look it’s a bird!

I would advise you to watch Prison Break instead of Lost
Anyways Prison Break is not the main reason why I responded to your post. You mentioned that you graduated on December 18. Well dear you need to sit between you and yourself and think where do you want to be 10 years from now?!
I do not think that you want to spend the rest of your life watching movies and downloading music from the internet.
You need to set your goals in life. I would recommend that you start and look for a JOB. You will get the chance to meet new people, gain experience and learn more from life.
Do not tell me that it is hard to find a JOB. Send your CV to places you know and don’t know and eventually someone will contact you.
You might get a JOB OFFER that you might not like or the pay is not good. In the beginning you will have to accept since you have no previous work experience and hopefully if you proved yourself at your job you might be lucky like others and get offers from other companies or get promoted in your current job or shifted to a new department or division of your liking. Just remember things take time and sometimes you need to be patient.
One more thing, you can not get always what you want so be patient, give it time and never give up. Hopefully in the end you will get what you want Good Luck dear.

I have the same problem and EVEN MORE. I’m from Egypt and I’ve been living there all my life. I’m currently working in the UAE and I TOTALLY DON’T KNOW ANYONE IN THIS COUNTRY…I’m sick and tired, and I’m turning NUTS…speacailly that I’m 23 years OLD…I HAVE A LOT OF ENERGY and can’t stay home google seaching for “I NEED A GIRL BADLY”

Anyway…The problem with me is even bigger ! I like romance !…I hate being lonley…I love to talk with girls coz I know that they know MORE in some stuff than men…I’m always and will always be intrested to listen to them … I’m sure that they have experience is stuff that men don’t have !
Anyway…My advice is…try to make good use of your time…learn anything…read anything…TALK with people…online or face to face….Thats what I’m doing…!!!

don’t worry time is the best healer a time will come when you’ll laugh at yourself thinking why the did you write this post when you read it again and at that moment you’ll probably be doing or thinking something else and you’ll be far too busy or the journey of your life will have taken you somewhere that you had never thought of .
